Hi. I'm a 71 yr old grandma who was just scammed by Norton Security on Monday. Thanks to watching all your videos i asked questions which made them mad. I told him i knew he was trying to scam me and was going to call my bank. In the time it took me to walk from my bedroom to my desk in the craft room and call number on back of my debit card he called me 11 times trying to get me to answer. The fraud dept of my bank stopped any money from being taken out of my account and reported them. If i hadnt watched your videos i wouldnt have become suspicious. I also received an email from Geek Squad attempting the same thing. The IRS and Social Security scams are calling here in south Texas all the time. I've warned all my elderly friends so we can be aware. Thank you so much for exposing these terrible people.

The whole calling you "hunny" thing was, and is always creepy as hell. Glad you told him "my name is vivian."

i like that you delete his stuff, messing with them is funny, but deleting their stuff potentially stops future attacks. I also like that you change your voice, really lures them into a false sense of security :P

Fun to watch you grow! My wife recently got scammed, as much as I could not believe it, I can send you over details if you like. It was a fake check scam. Now the bank says she owes them $1000. I thought banks protect consumers? Seems so weird they can just get away with scamming people and its the victims fault.

I want to check my understanding. You’re running a virtual machine, which is what the scammer sees on screen. When they ask you to use TeamViewer, they need you to initially log onto their computer (instead of vice-versa) because the software has a threshold of how many people they can connect to. They want you to switch the access but as a scammer hunter you turn off their ability to control your computer, and while they’re manipulating your VM, you’re on their computer deleting their files. Do I have that right more or less? I love the faux car noises!
