I'm from India and when I was around 18 and desperately needed a job, I ended at one of these places because I had no idea it was a scam call center. I left the same hour when I read the script because I figured it was a scam. I feel so disgusted and ashamed, I really hope these people pay for their sins.

My 82 year old Mother fell for one of these scams. They had convinced her to send $8000 in order to help her grandson who was in "terrible trouble". I have no idea why she didn't call my nephew first to find out if he needed help but she didn't. The only thing that prevented her from losing her money is the fact that she's confined to a bed and needs her son to take care of her bills. She had him come over to give him the check but he knew right away that it was a scam. If she hadn't been bedridden, that money would have been gone and it was everything she had. Fuck these scammers and keep up the good work.
