Your video popped up in my feed. I've had my Wegovy in fridge for a month now. I needed this push to start. Just didn't wanna deal with side affects. I'll keep you posted when I start. Thank You

On wegovy for the past 3 weeks at 0.25.. it has suppressed my appetite and literally changed my thought process when it comes to food. I feel fuller with smaller meals, and I'm even eating better. I've lost 16 pounds. But that's natural for ME because of how my body burns calories with exercise and low calorie intake. Wegovy is the boost I needed coming off of knee surgery with all the weight gain... start 0.50 in 2 weeks...

I’m so happy for you. I know that your knees will feel much better. I struggled with lots of knee pain as well as joint swelling and wegovy turned all of that around and I’m grateful. It’s also so nice to not hear food noise constantly. Thank you for sharing your experience, I love to hear how wegovy is changing the lives of others for the better!! Thanks so much for this. This was super encouraging. I did already start it but last week I got really sick for the first time when I took my fourth dose on the .25 and I was a little afraid of taking my next injection which will be .5. I’m pretty sure I got sick because I over ate and drink wine on the day I did my injection. I was able to do that before and had no side effects but this fourth injection seems like the meds are kicking in for me now and the good thing is I lost over 5 pounds on this fourth injection. ☺️ Your video is motivating me to keep pushing!! 🫶🏽

You are very welcome, I appreciate you sharing your experience as well. That’s what it’s all about on this medication, taking note on what not to eat. It can be a little tricky to find a balance but it’s definitely not impossible. Good job on recognizing where you may have gone wrong. Congratulations on losing weight, hopefully that’s 5 pounds you’ll never see again! 💕

Don’t be scared! You may not even have any bad side effects! It’s been plenty of people who have commented and said their Wegovy experience has gone very well. The only way you’ll know is if you give it a try. You got this!!!

@Greater_Expectations Will do and thank you. They dragging their feet on my preauthorization, but I know it will come through. The other girls in my office got their pre-approval in about 2-3 days. I've been waiting for over a week😒.

this is me!! I have .25 and .5 in my fridge!! and started doing research. And found your videos. Your videos are a real big help. I am still trying to prepare my body. And schedule to be able to get back into the gym.. my issue is energy too

A lot of people have side effects because of what they are eating or not doing while on the medication. I ate super clean the first month and only had constipation (which I’ve always had). I don’t know why people are acting like constipation, nausea, etc are these horrible side effects. They have to think if they needed antibiotics, blood pressure meds, chemo would they let the Internet decide because if you watch RU-vid about how harmful they are then you wouldn’t want to take them either.

That’s a great analogy and I agree with you. If a person isn’t willing to make changes to their diet, there are going to be negative side effects. Thank you for your comment.

I take a daily multivitamin, glucosamine chrondroitin complex with msm for joint and muscle support and magnesium.

@rosyandriano5087 I take Nature Made, it’s the brand I frequently use and I’m sorry I forgot to mention that I also take a daily probiotic for “colon health” it’s a dietary supplement made by Phillips.
