Thanks for the support on this walkthrough! Was great to revisit this classic! Up next we're returning to the 1940's with the LA Noire Remaster in 4k! First video should be up tomorrow night. :)
Al Pacino wanted to do Tony's voice for the game, but decades of smoking abuse prevented him from doing the voice again. He hand picked the guy who voices Tony. This game was masterpiece.
WhatsHappening783402 like most games based on movies do a pretty good job, but this one with the intense violence, soundtrack was one of the best in an open world game, and with graphics today it could be the best open world game
WhatsHappening783402 think gotta buy it somewhere online, and all the upgrades you can buy with the fronts, mansion upgrades, all the cars so much to do and keep you playing! I’d distribute so much coke I had almost a billion lol
WhatsHappening783402 exactly and as popular as the film is even today they’d still make money off it. Hell even ps2 games like gta San Andreas came out again, maybe not on consoles but it’d be kick ass for Scarface to come out on android and iOS
This game is simply amazing. Tony literally massacred an entire army but still had enough of a moral conscience to be repulsed by murdering those kids.
@@tomselleck7313 if a drug lord tells me not to touch his sister. Believe me I wont lol. Tony was an ass for doing what he did but manny thinking this would be all good with tony was kind of fucking stupid.
I wish they would remake this game. It was like Vice City but with a real movie character! I know the company that produced this is out of business but perhaps Sony can get other developers to remake Scarface and Socom. Sony needs all the exclusives it can get. If they were to remake this they should have classic mode and realitlstic mode. Classic mode where its tons of enemies and non stop shooting, realistic where its a bit more GTA like where its not overkill. Also some GTA like options of buying additional homes, garages, businesses and cars would be icining on the cake.
This is kinda late but i like the ideas man,it sad that maybe it will never happen, gta series are too famous that people forgot about this game, not all but most of them,we probably never gonna get the remake unless it is fanmade
anakinfan8 if this was how the movie would end , then the movie instead of becoming one of a kind , it would of become just a simple ACTION movie , nothing special , but how Scarface end it was just perfect but we all did it want tony to die , remember the best movies in the world are when the protagonist die
anakinfan8 yea the massage from scarface was honestly the best part of the movie i wish Tony would have seen the skull behind him tho i think the way Tony was killed was kinda messed up he never saw it coming...
8:37 - 8:42 I wish Tony had said this in the movie when Sosa called him. He probably would have still ordered the hit, but I'd always wondered how Sosa would have responded.
Probably so. This is just my 0.02. What I find interesting is that Sosa had even called Tony to ask what happened. That he might have been more reasonable had Tony had not been all coked up and simply explained what happened. Because of the way Tony was dismissive about the mission and killing one of his men, then belligerent and hostile; by the time Sosa hung up, he had every reason to believe Tony deliberately betrayed him. For all he knew, Tony might have cut a deal to work with the Feds to help weaken Sosa to avoid prison; or deliberately botched the hit knowing it would weaken Sosa, to where Tony could take over. Maybe he would have said the same thing here, but he might have given Tony one last chance to prove his loyalty by sending him back to New York on a suicide mission.
@@matt_canon let's not forget the fact that Mr.Sosa had already sent the hit squad before calling Tony. As soon as the journalist gave the speech Mr.Sosa already made his decision.
I love how this game ended, Tony explaining to Sosa the situation with the children from the movie. I absolutely love that. This game needs remastering.
It's too bad Paul Shenar couldn't voice Sosa again as he passed away in 1989 (he died from AIDS no less), but Robert Davi does a damn good job imitating his voice for this game. What an amazing game.
@@mayhemjr.803 Jesus christ man, all of us have played violent video games. I started since 6, when my brothers introduced me to COD. But, that don't mean they are insane.
@@jackie_boi116 I never played these violent video games until I was well into my teens and knew doing those types of things were inherently wrong. Have you even READ about school shootings? Does Columbine or Sandy Hook ring a bell? If YOU'RE 6 and playing these violent video games i SERIOUSLY question the mentality and sanity of your parents
2006.. bully, the godfather and scarface. These 3 game released in the same year.. 2006.. I played all of these games back to back.. 2006 was a heaven year for me. As a bonus , I ended up playing need for speed most wanted (2005) because I buy that game after finished all 3 games before..
You are 33 years old and your nickname is "15TEEN"? Interesting. Yeah, anyway, I agree. This game right here is a classic. A hidden gem, like a cultured one would say.
This path where Tony survive from Skull's assassination is perfect way as where Tony will redeem himself to make it right as abhor drug using as overcome his addiction as become better and noble drug lord as save immigrant prisoners, kill true major irredeemable threat, helping the front's manager and everything.
Its bad that you ended this legendary game , but everything has an end . Im going to see what game you re going to play . Until that Im waiting , I am not going to lose every video that you re playing . Good luck with you re channel . When the time you re going to make 1 million subscribers , Im going to send a video that Im giving my congratulations . Bye
I love this game sooo muchh I literally bought a PS2 just to play it again and I have no regrets! Seriously amazing and underrated, definitely should be remastered for current/previous generation.
Here it is www.change.org/p/rock-star-games-scarface-the-world-is-yours-please-help-in-bringing-this-to-xbox1-ps4-please-sign I didn’t make it but I found it.
I remember grinding for Grams by making deals and killing the dealer from close range once the deal was done. You'd get the cash and the coke.Used this method to rack up 145,000 grams of coke on my person.Did the same thing later with the island dealers that sold kilos and made 1 billion dollars distributing it to the Businesses for a month lol Good times
SuicidalHustla It’s actually cocaine without most of its nasty chemicals. The impurities get washed out when making crack. 1 gram of coke from the streets would end up as 0.2g of crack.
Well... that's the point. It's a sort of middle finger to the "bad guys can't have good endings" trope that is the reason for both the 1932 and 1983 version's endings.
Just finished today the first time ever. Played Scarface during Christmas holiday back in 2006. Loved the game, but was never able to kill Sosa. It felt like the enemies were respawning all the time. Thanks to your guide I was able to see where I actually have to go. Great game, great guide! Merry Christmas to everyone who reads this in time!
The part where Tony says "There were kids in the car Alex! Innocent kids" this really shows that Tony would never kill young children as that is considered cruel.
I never bought the Scarface game because I refuse to kill Sosa; the only drug dealer in the movie who knew what he was doing; similar to a Top, professional, and surprisingly considerate CEO; he only had one rule, just one.
This voice actor sounds so much like the original Sosa. RIP Paul Shenar. Wish he would have lived longer, maybe into the late 90s when his illness became much more treatable.
The movie ended with Tony’s death for a reason. It’s not about “damn, it feels good to be a gangster.” It’s about no matter how successful you are in a life of crime, it’s going to end miserably.
Don't you understand It couldn't happen. Tony was too greedy at the same time simple minded. He had a huge drug problem, his only redemption was death, after he killed his best friend Manny, he was lost. He had lost his mind. Also don't forget he was a criminal from the get go, a murderer.
Gaspar: Montana?!? How the fuck you get in here?!? 🤨 Tony: How many babies have you eaten today Gaspar? Huh? 😠 Gaspar: Babies?!? WTF?!? 😟 The Dialogue in this game i swear 🤣
I love how Al Pacino was in his late sixties to early seventies when the "Scarface" video game came out, and he sounded just the same as he did when he was 43, and starring in the 1983 version of "Scarface."
