BTW, the cage guy does not escape. The cage is too sturdy, plus, you are surrounded by the bars, meaning that you were teleported inside of the cage. No offense or anything, just pointing it out.
*backstory of this game (some parts may be inaccurate. feel free to correct)* : isabel is the name of the ghost lady that chases you around. she used to live with her family, gabriel (brother-in-law), gloria (granny), cazan (doggo), and jaime (husband). she had a son named javier (the baby we see in the middle of the house) but he died. isabel had a dream. in the dream, the devil told her that she could bring back javier by completing a ritual. she killed her family, and waited for someone to come in the house and continue the ritual. if elise (main character) completes the ritual, we get to play as isabel. this leads to one of the endings.
I really love the aesthetic of this game, and the music is great too, I think you should go for it! I'm really interested as to what the other endings could be...

I don’t know how to get the other ending as this is the only play through of the game I’ve seen- But things I would try is: try leaving the baby in the house after doing the ritual, try the switching bodies thing with the cup of blood, or try stopping the ritual instead of finishing it and then leaving the house
I get stabbed in a scary pixel game by a scary pixel lady with some pixels in a point and click pixel game because I lost my pixel keys and other things in this pixel horror game that is a point and click but with pixels. I was also eaten by a pixel mannequin cause I change a pixel statue that resembles the pixel mannequin in a pixel point and click pixel pixel game
This game is reminiscent of Faith because it was made by Puppet Combo Studio, the studio behind Faith! 11/10, a great game! (Theory ahead) If i understand, the boy you saw in the house was the angry one in the cage, (hence why the cutscene happens after you de-ignited the candle) he was angry because his brother sacrificed the dog to revive the baby, that was his son. (Maybe he tried sacrificing the grandma too, but she survived, i'm not sure.) My bet is that the kid killed the brother's wife and she is the woman always running after you, But i have little to no proof, the reason i think this is because the kid mistaked you for someone, and the only young woman is her, the brother's wife.

I think it’s trying to say that when they were killed, there souls couldn’t leave and doing those things let there souls free and the reason why some kill you is problably out of anger and rage. And that lady must problably be another person trying to escape and compete the ritual.
