That story about the girl who says theres a dog that watches her when she sleeps annoyed the fuck out of me. The parents watched her screaming and sat there for a bit deciding if they should get off their arsed and be parents.

For the story about the baby, wolf, and the mirror. There is actually a folksong, in Russia i believe, about a wolf who grabs a child by the foot and takes them away if they've been bad or something. It might be unrelated but it's the only thing I can come up with

When I was in middle school one of my best friend's cousins, who was a year older than us and lived a couple towns away was walking through the woods with someone she considered a good friend. The girl pulled out a pick axe and stabbed her over and over, leaving her for dead. It was the 80's so the details are a bit fuzzy. But she was able to crawl out from the woods and was rushed to the hospital and lived. I remember seeing her after and she had puncture wound scars all over her. I recently looked her up on Facebook and she's some kind of motivational speaker or life coach who is into bodybuilding. The scars are not apparent anymore and she seems to have overcome any trauma, at least from what I could see on her page. As a kid I remember not being scared about it or thinking about how close to home it had been. At the same time, my town went through 3 years of about 10 or twelve murders and suicides in quick succession at the high school. It started with a kid home during summer break playing with his parent's gun in front of 2 of my girlfriends, trying to be cool, I guess. He put a bullet in the chamber and put the gun to his head and one of the girls told him to stop playing around and he pulled the trigger and blew his head off. From there another group of kids playing with a rifle ended with one of them, not realizing it was loaded and pulled the trigger and shot one of the kids in the chest. And that was followed by suicide, after suicide. Several by gun, then 3 kids drove cars at high speed into loading docks behind factories in town, and a hanging. Looking back now as an adult I realize how unfazed I was by it all. I guess when you're that age you do not understand the permanence of death. Also, the school district decided we should not do any moments of silence, nor have counseling, because they thought back then that this was glorifying the deaths and would only be like rewarding the kids who killed themselves. SMH It's crazy how barbaric that thought process was and now I wonder if some mental help could have prevented any of the subsequent deaths that followed the first. We won't ever know. We weren't allowed to discuss it or talk about it. Times have changed. It used to be seen as being weak and the kids were made to sound like losers who couldn't hack the real world.

Does anyone else remember that kidnapping story that be busts posted like 4 years ago where the girl got kidnapped and help captive for 8 years? I remember watching it at a young age and it scared me shitless.

31:13 I had an experience with a similar creature: I was about 13, on my way to school, when I realised I forgot my glasses. I was just about to leave my block, so I turned around to go back upstairs, and there was this pitch black shadow looming over me, and reaching for me like it was trying to grab me. It was the morning, in August, so it wasn't dark out, but it swallowed the light around it. I stared for a couple seconds, as you would in that situation, and then blinked and ran through it and all the way to my door at the top of the building. I could feel its eyes and it sounded like it was following me, but I didn't turn around to look.

The last story, imo, is sweet that her parents felt bad that the spirit family was afraid they'd send them away. I wouldn't ask them to leave, either. As long as it's not mean or evil, I don't mind sharing my home. I would only ask they not follow me in to the bathroom 😊
