Sir, I have done my MD Medicine from India in 1995. I have recently done PLAB, and now I am registered with GMC. (Full registration with license to practice) I want to come to UK and work at a reasonable level (starting at least at registrar level.) With my GMC full registration + my MD medicine from India + my 28 years of experience, will a SCE in Acute Medicine exam help me to secure a job at registrar level or do I still need MRCP / MRCEM?
How about Indian doctor just after MBBS writing SCE exam, i know it doesn't have job prospects in academicia. But what about corporate and private practice.
I don't understand why a MBBS Doctor would want to take the SCE exam unless they are crazy. They won't pass the exam though so job prospects does not matter.
After completing MD respiratory medicine in India can we give SCE exam and practice as respiratory medicine consultant in UK? If not, what is the pathway? Mrcp is compulsory to work as respiratory medicine specialist?

Pls clarify my doubt I cleared my PACES on Feb 2023 I also completed my form of faith and recieved a mail stating that my certificate has been sent for printing by May 7 but i am yet to receive my diploma certificate they had mentioned that it takes 8 weeks to reach places outside UK but more time has passed,i have mailed to overseaspaces also yet to receive a reply from them what should I do now..... It does take a long time and is quite unpredictable. You have to keep waiting. For all official purposes, the results of the MRCP exams are accepted documents and a diploma certificate is not needed.
