After watching the movie, it struck me just how incredibly selfless Anders was in his desire to accomplish this goal. Every time he talked about his motivation for doing it, it always came down to inspiring others, and this video is the perfect example of that. Sure, he wanted to prove it to himself. But every time he talked about it, he always emphasized that it was most important to inspire others through his ability to achieve the Iceman. It’s already insanely amazing and inspiring that he did the Iceman in the first place. The fact that he did it for such a selfless reason makes his accomplishment ten times more meaningful. I have so much respect for him, and I’m so grateful that all of us have such an amazing role model. Thank you, Anders!

I saw the documentary last week and loved it. The story line, cinematography and editing are all beautifully crafted. But the real strength is in its message, that we cannot overcome great challenges without the support of community, which is what Yes Theory is all about. The whole world needs to see this film, perhaps now more than ever.

I wish I could watch this movie. I'm at a point where I genuinely need some push or inspiration. All of my life I've been told what to do, how to do it, and where to go to "succeed". It wasn't up until early 2020 when I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety that I knew I couldn't continue living the way that I was, where I was living for others instead of myself. I decided at a young age that I wanted to become a doctor to help people but then I realized that being a doctor wasn't what I wanted, that I wanted to achieve this dream for somebody else. Regardless, I finished my bachelor's degree in May 2021 and continued on without a stable path. I then decided that I was going to pursue art (since that's what I always wanted to do) by creating jewelry and painting original artwork. It was going well for a while but it didn't pan out to what I wanted it to be so I closed my business and kept searching for "stable" jobs that did not fuel me nor inspire me. Now I am currently unemployed, without a vision, goal, or path to pursue. Having said all of that, watching the videos you post has always helped me to find some sort of push and inspiration to wonder and adventure. I've watched them when I'm at my lowest and when I need the inspiration to paint or to write. I even tattooed "Seek Discomfort" on my arm to never forget, to not stay in my comfort zone, and to never give up EVEN when life gets difficult, even when I don't have a push to keep going. I remember that the first video I watched was the Ice Man documentary 3 years ago and how it gave me so much inspiration knowing how much potential we all have. I guess I'm writing this to thank you, for taking the time to create all of these videos and give inspiration & drive to us who need it the most. I will forever consider myself a seeker.

Hope this wins. Films are influential pieces of work, and a big award show like this should be a part of influencing and motivating filmmakers that no matter how a film was produced it has a chance at a big award. It would be a meaningful shift in the content creation community for it to support diversity.

I helped out at the premier in Berlin... guys this movie was INSANE! Everyone there was mind-blown afterwards... on top of that Amar's and Anders' speech afterwards left us in awe - it was a truly beautiful thing to see how grateful, happy they were and how deeply committed they are to this message - every single person in that room could feel it. It was THAT powerful. I sincerely hope all of you can watch it as soon as it hits theatres in your country! #limitationsareperceptions

I love the mindset of these guys! It reminds me of how I have lived my life not listening to others, but doing what I know is possible. Every kid should be watching this content. In the US, the majority of people have turned to comfort and never truly ever challenging themselves whether it is business/work, sports, or outdoor activities. We need a revival of looking up to the BOLD - the innovators, the risk takers. Challenge your mind and your body!

I was told I sucked at maths all throughout school but I realised I’m not I’m just not good at the weird maths they expect you to remember for a 1 hour exam that determines how good you are and what comes next. Ultimately making me feel like a failure. It’s something so many people struggle with, thanks for shedding light on that subject

This maths comparison really resonated with me. I got told im the dumb person in school and i will never achieve sth. 6 Years later im on my max grade chemistry degree, with the max grade in maths, which i got specifically told about that i will never be good at it. In truth: I have never flourished as much as when i actually studied maths. Teachers these days are way to comfortable in their position. After becoming a specialist myself i can tell you: teachers are mostly frustrated by their limited capacity of knowledge. They want to feel special and think their opinion of u is more important than everything. Dont believe this. It is all in YOUR power, go do those things, which keep u up at night. You are the most powerfull entity in your life. Thank you yes theory. The fact that i even enrolled in this mamooth of a degree is due to your 2016 Montage. I will never forget the power of saying YES to your fears.
