It came out awesome... I added capsicum sweet corn n I didnt have schezwan sauce so I added chilli tomato ketchup n black pepper .. husband loved it ... superb.. thanx sanjeev ji.. ur genius..❤
The trick is to prepare the mixture and fry as soon as possible. Because if the mixture is allowed to rest, it will keep releasing moisture and then we'll have to keep adding more maida...
I tried making this...but when try frying the batter (deep/shallow) the batter cracks in the oil and all the cheese melts! Is there more binding required? I tried making it in the exact same way. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks.
I tried making them . As soon as I put them in oil they started to break . Did not have a good experience making them . The material made went all waste. Cheeze in deep fry did not work . The cheeze in oil started to melt and then they broke
Can't you replace the Shezwan chutney with another ..sriracha or so , sir ? It seems so dilicious nd want to try it out ...in my country is not that easy to find the shezwan chutney..no dry chilli to make it at home also ..plz reply..have a goid day ..grt.from Suriname - Paramaribo
