The first story the OP didn't go far enough. With what those bullies did to him, he might never be able to father children. Parents should have sued.

Story 1: NTA. When it comes to a bully, they deserve everything they get. It can never go too far.

I was a victim of bullying all the way up from the 2nd grade, if the bastards I had to deal with did that shit to me, they'd be dead, and it ain't me being edgy, or fantasizing, they're lucky they didn't go much further than name calling, then again, I was roughly twice the size of the smallest among them, and stood almost a head above the biggest, and I ain't that tall at 5 foot 9

Story #1- the only downside is the bully never knew he’d been played by the nerd.

In the last story, had a health department official been at that pool making inspections and saw that child in the hot tub, they could have closed the hottub and demanded it be drained and cleaned. Kids of that age often have diaper accidents, or if they're potty trained, accidents in what underwear they are wearing.

Final story: As a frequenter of Not Always Right, one consensus opinion of the community is that you never, never, NEVER let a Karen walk away from a situation thinking they've won (a hope spot just before you pull the rug out from under them is acceptable), because it encourages them to continue their bad behavior. As such, I can't support the manager's actions here 100% because he let the Karen think that he was chewing out OP.

The second story made my blood boil like CRAZY.

First Story: When it comes to justified revenge such as that, one can never go to far. NTA. I love how it was even more devastating than expected. Second Story: NTA. That kid tried to choke/hurt OP. The bully/brat shouldn’t dish out what he can’t take. And the mom is the reason for that kid’s rotten behavior, “Monsters create monsters”. Third Story: That cashier Karen needs to get over herself. Talk about taking her job too seriously. Although really it’s just a power play by her to make herself feel more important because her job/life sucks. Fourth Story: These sort of situations are why I no longer work as a lifeguard. These rules are not made by the lifeguards, they’re often dictated by local health/safety ordinances. These entitled people think that the rules don’t apply to them. It takes a special kind of a**hole to try to cost someone their job for no good reason.

Story 4 - Being someone who takes care of pools I know that it's not just the hot water that could hurt the child, but also all the bacteria and toxins that tend to thrive in the hot water, and this is especially true in public spa's, and fun fact grown people (adults) can get sick and have very bad infections if they have there heads under spa water for an extended period of time. I'm pretty sure the child could have died.

I actually have a story: A few month ago, I was in an English debate. In my class there were some people who I couldn't handle. There were two people specific who I didn't really feel comfortable at the time, We'll call them Amanda and Riley. One day, I was in class doing my debate script with my group. We did a wheel of death thing where the teacher projected our names on a wheel and he would spin our names three times and the three people picked will be in a group and I landed with, you guessed it: Amanda and Riley. Isn't school awesome? when I was doing my script for my debate, Amanda saw the stickers in my laptop and piped in. "Why do you have that many stickers?" she askes "Because I like these stickers and plus, they're really cute" "You should take them of, your laptop would look better" "Um... Excuse me" Riley chimed in too "Yeah look at Amanda's laptop, no stickers and it look clean and pretty" I was flabbergasted and confused "No I wont take them off" They seemed a little agitated. "Fine, but at least change your background" and Riley took my laptop and started searching for 'purple money background' meanwhile Amanda tried to make me swear and talk like her, but I wouldn't budge to say anything and I took the laptop off of Riley "Why don't you want to be like us? Were trying to help you" They protested "Because no one cares about my background and no one will care about if I swear or not" Amanda complained "Yes they will someone pointed it out" "THAT WAS ONE PERSON! ONCE WE GRADUATE AND GO TO UNI, NO ONE WILL CARE" They tried to argue back, but they just rolled their eyes and started doing their debate script. There was more to this story but I just cut the details cuz this is taking a while just to type. Next time, pay attention to class if you want to argue better. ;))) EDIT: I don't have a reddit account so I resorted to good ol fashion youtube

Based on the phone the first OP described, I think I was probably in high school when the first story took place. I don't know what the deal was about being gay back then, but it was super taboo. I once told a relentlessly persistent guy who I did not recognize from school and who kept grabbing my arm that I was a lesbian to get him to leave me alone. This was during the walk home at the end of the day. The next morning, EVERYONE was talking about me being a lesbian. People came up to me to ask if it was true. People stared at me. People made homophobic jokes in front of me. I am bisexual but did not come out until many years later, so the jokes stung and I didn't trust anyone enough to talk to them about it from an honest place. This pretty much ruined my already terrible high school experience, all because I wanted a guy to stop hounding me. So what did I do? I started rumors that girls who bullied me were my lovers. Just the three worst ones who were particularly fixated on my new status as a gay woman. I feel bad about what I did now and I do NOT agree with what the OP did. He SHOULD have kicked it up a knotch and given the bully multiple gay lovers. I feel like he missed an opportunity there. I don't really feel bad. That was a lie.
