I'm Diego from Uruguay, and I watched this movie in 2005 when I was 10 years old, and since that day I decided to creat a rock band with 3 friends... now we are 16/17 years old and I just can say that this movie was our inspiration, we just dream to be a great band in the future and the people can know our job, we are good talented and we trust on us.
This movie kicks so much ass my dad pretty much grew me up on classic rock, he loved and showed me bands like Aerosmith, Led Zepplin, Black Sabbath, etc. there’s too much that I can’t name but I’ve listened to pretty much every song of every band he’s shown me and he introduced me to this movie and holy fuck this will forever be a childhood classic
I watched this when I was like 6, I've been listening to rock since. This movie introduced me to Led Zeppelin, AcDC, The Police, The Eagles and all the rock music that inspires this movie.
This trailer does not do the movie justice. If you are a fan of Jack Black and the rock and roll genre, you are in for a treat. This is Jack Black at his finest and the soundtrack is pretty rockin'. It doesn't take itself too seriously, and that is a good thing.
I love this movie! My family quotes this movie all the time! Jack Black is super awesome in this and the music is stellar! This is seriously one of my favorite movies of all time!
I'm not into American comedies much but this was such a relaxing and optimistic movie.This movie is such an honor for me seeing as I'm a rocker/metalhead, just wonderful

This is one of those movies where I can watch it again and again and again Such a great movie and the funny gestures that jack does..like when he lifts up his leg when he says I WILL BE ON LEAD VOCALS and SHRED-DING GUITAR lol
This movie, inspired me to play music. This movie, made me play guitar. Before I watched this movie, I listen to rap, hip hop etc. But after I watched this movie, I started to listen to Heavy Metal. If I didnt watched this awesome movie, I wouldn't be listening to all those great bands.

i love this movie i love how the teacher shows them real music unlike disney movies and stuff. i like disney but its more of a guilty pleasure than anything.
They said on wiki that it was just gonna be called School of Rock 2, and they said that they were unsure whether the kids would agree to be in it again. Jack Black said that he would love to be in it again though.
First time I ever saw or heard of this movie, was on Sunday on Peachtree. I thought what the hell is this, but after 20 minutes of watching it, I was totally taken in with the movie. I really enjoyed it, and when it restarted I watched the whole movie again. from 1 to 10, I give it a 9.
I don't know if anybody noticed this in the movie, but when Dewey gets up from his bed to see the school bus with the kids, you can see a Cannibal Corpse sticker on his window lol. It shocked me I didn't know Dewey listened to that kind of music.
