monkeytheboy yes, between 11pm & 4:30 am anywhere in the northern hemisphere. I'd argue any time the sun isn't brightening your sky for the next 2 days, you'll probably see at least 1. When they say 10 an hour, that's 10 globally per hour... so the watching is sometimes a little more boring that it sounds
