Bones have fused. At that age, it’s the peak of growth hormone and testosterone. After age 30, it’s just maintenance doing what I mentioned. If you don’t, you lose a lot what you got at the peak of your youth.

Buy a bread maker and have fresh bread every day or every other day depending on how much you require and if you are sharing your food. Take vitamin C and zinc in supplement pills or better squeeze a couple of lemons or oranges every day. Buy a water filter for or a distilling machine anything is better than tap water. Sleep minimum 7 hours 8 preferably, walk 1 hour minimum per day and you will feel great. You must stick to this religiously. Also fast intermittently for example you can increase human growth hormone by eating in 18 hour intervals. For example eat dinner at 6 pm and nothing until next day lunch time only water. If you cannot some days have a banana or two instead of breakfast until lunch. GOOD LUCK you can do it you will be healthy and happy I guarantee it

Men start getting insecure about their size, (length and girth) after their significant other has given birth because a woman is no longer the same. Some women have money to pay a surgeon to sew them back to size, some don’t have that money and they stay like that for life. It’s also those women who go on and tell their men that they’re small. Great Video. As you recommend vacuum pumps in another video I can say that it’s a good way to keep everything working well and it improves the stiffness very good. Also a little gain in girth is possible if you use it consistently. I will keep using it for the health benefits. (I recommend the water pumps, because they are gentle tonten skin)
Vacuum pumps work. Everyday 30 minutes a day or even a bit longer. Add a pulling device to get small length gains…add hot water and pump air over the hot water up to pain tolerance. Gauge is not needed. I’ve attached a resistance band to pull while sucking down to avoid the pressure against the pubic bone. So I am getting girth and length improvements. It’s a slow process. Requires daily work.

I’ve successfully increased my girth doing a squeezing technique my father actually taught me. Get half hard, do the “OK” sign with your hand and squeeze the base to keep the blood inside and with your other hand, squeeze the head so the blood floods into the shaft till it feels like the skin is stretching. Hold it for 5 seconds and release both hands. Let the blood flow for 10 seconds and repeat 5X. Next, squeeze the shaft to push the blood to the head till you feel the skin stretching in the head. Hold for 5, release for 10sec and repeat 5X. Do that daily in the shower for 6 months and you will increase your girth. Worked for me… it’s notably thicker and I measured it. You can get a stretcher for length but you will only gain 1inch before it’s too time consuming to get more length. Went from a 5” to 6” before I stop seeing gains. 6” is more than enough tho, girth matters more. If you try this… at no point should anything hurt… if it hurts, just stop. Don’t risk injuring your manhood.

I know this is a serious topic for some men but as someone that use to be very sub-conscience about my size when I was in my 20's I have to tell this joke. I'm 60 now. As someone who had had success increasing both size and girth using a combination of traction devices, hanging and pumps, I’m aware there are methods that DO actually provide some results. So I was interested in what she was going to say about some of these. I think she’s focusing on the wrong thing though: most men would be ecstatic to gain an inch in length and an inch in girth, and you can definitely do that without surgery it just takes time and commitment.
Amen. I went from 5.25" girth to 5.75" by using a pump 5x per week. I used the Leluv pump with guage. 3 sets of 5-7 minutes at 5-8"/hg vacuum with a 3-5 minute rest. It took 2 years, but it definitely works. My wife liked the girth, but now I'm on the threshold of not fitting in her mouth for fellatio, so I've not pumped in several months and I'm still 5-3/4" in circumference when erect. I've gained length too, but not likely from pumping. Penile enlargement is a slow process, but it's definitely possible, but also with risks of injury.

I never spent as much time on pumping/girth as I did on hanging and stretching for length, but I always felt like the girth was much harder to cement gains - I would seem to get decent gains in girth, but if I stopped pumping for like a week or two it would mostly go back to normal. I've kept about a 1/4 inch in girth though that has never gone away, but I always figured that was from hanging, as hanging does add a little bit of girth as well.

This is nice to hear. I’m over 8” and good girth but even though my size is a bit uncomfortable for my wife at times and our sex life is awesome, I might have some deep rooted feelings of inadequacy because I still find myself wondering about increasing it still.

I agree, no conventional current treatments or augmentations are safe. however, in the biohacking community it is understood that stem cell therapy does work for both length and girth. Dave Asprey had it done (very expensively) and he personally experienced girth and length increase and also sensation and orgasm improvement. His wife at the time also had stem cells injected and she also experienced the female equivalent. You might want to look into that as the technology is constantly improving and getting less expensive over time.
I was able to get about an extra .5 inch of girth using the Penimaster Pro (not sponsored) for a little less than a year.
