I love the tiny moments in the film where George seems to be doing his own little thing, like at 0:41, where he’s waggling his finger at the light for some reason.

My favorite parts of this movie are when John says things like "jeweller you've failed haven't you... Jeweller" or "scientist you've failed haven't you scientist?"

This scene was the first time I ever actually SAW the Beatles: the film came on TV when I was a kid. This was pretty disturbing stuff for a 3- or 4-year-old. Thanks for uploading the memory, nonetheless.

lenin ruiz they couldn’t have been stoned while they were shooting or else they wouldn’t have been able to act properly. They wouldn’t have been able to recite their lines, or do much of anything else for that matter. Maybe they were stoned in their off time, but definitely not during filming.
I just remember gasping when I saw them in HELP at the movies....their hair had grown so long since most of America had last seen them on Ed Sullivan! George's especially (compare to those Ed Sullivan shows). We thought it was Fab! ;)

Lennon was like the straight man, George couldn't act if his life depended on it and Ringo, as all the critics of the time pointed out but took me 50 years to believe, was the only actor in the group. I died when he started shaking from the voltage.

The reason Ringo hit John was 'cause he was bothering all around, and the reason George hit John, was 'cause he didn't like how John laughed at Ringo, y' know.
