Interesting point about the electronic Jelly that I’ve read in the past. The Jellyfish it was mimicking may actually NOT just be prey for Giant Squid. The question arises when one considers why the Jellyfish would flash those lights in response to predators. They believe the Jellyfish may actually have more of a symbiotic relationship with the giant squid. And that the squid approaches the Jellyfish to feed on whatever is attacking it, and the Jellyfish’s lights serve to attract bigger predators to dissuade smaller predators from preying on it. Interesting theory, if true.

Thanks Infographics Show I now have another reason to stay out of the ocean lol. They are terrifying but we need them for our eco system.

The 1st recorded footage of a live giant squid was from 2013 reported by a Japanese crew about 600 miles south of Japan. This is old news

@@KahYAHlahYAH okay, they proved the moon landing video was real and that they weren’t capable of creating a faked video back then because they would have needed a studio that was the size of a football field for the spinning shot of the moon alone. They even said it would be pretty hard to create with today’s technology. Look up a vfx artist breakdown like corridor crew, they explain what it would actually take to fake that video
