Hello, Mr Manuel Diaz. My skyjack 3219 making a noise Clark,Clak,Clak,..... When turning left or right just on the begining when you Puch the Botton joystick of the steering. I'm waiting for your réponse. Thank you
Hello, I have a fault with my machine and I would like you to help me with a question, which is that my overload does not turn on the red LED. It's normal? I think it broke...
2:59Hello friend. Greetings. I have a lift with a fault and the tray rises but it is very slow. Could you help me with that or something else? Thank you.
Hey man I just changed a controller on a SJ4732 and it keeps throwing the 154 code I’ve been trying to recalibrate it but as soon as I finish with it, the scissor throws back that same 154 code. I’ve looked it up and it says that the platform overload is configured but height and/or load has not been calibrated. Any idea of what I’m missing on ? T.I.A
I have the same Lyft and if you put the material in it will go up no problem. Then if I try to put me in the material in it won't go up.Or won't even go up with just me.And I'll either way 218 pounds , whats wrong ? It will pick up over 300 pounds materials ...???
Hi I h a ve a 3219 that I bought used. I am now having some issues and was hoping for some guidance. When initially moving the joystick to move forwards or backwards it doesn't really move until you really move it forward. You can heard the motor engage but it doesn't move. And then when you get going it is very jerky. I also notice it has trouble turning the wheels when driving. What would you recommend looking at/replacing?
I’m assuming you’re talking about a Skyjack brand. I would definitely pull that forward and reverse valve out and clean it out I would recommend changing the filter and atf on it sounds like a hydraulic issue
@manueldiaz7723 yes sorry it is a skyjack. And thank you! I bought this for my business ive never worked on hydraulic equipment so i appreciate the help. I also noticed it just started leaking fluid from the proportional valve. If I need to replace any parts that have to do with the hydraulic system or do I have to drain the fluid first?
@@justanengineer9121 probably just a o ring that sits on the lip of the valve . You don’t have to drain it . Just take the valve off and plug the manifold block to prevent more fluid to spill when you put it back just just leave it cracked a bit and work the hydraulic system to bleed out any air then just tighten it up
im having the same issue with the same model skyjack, scissor lift is struggling to go up but it won’t come down at all , only was it comes down is manually with the emergency mode. please let me know if you find what needs to be done
Boss... I have the same problem with a scissor Lift SJ7135, and it has the same problem... but I haven't being able to find the problem!!😥😢😭, I called the Technician on SJ... but i'm not convinced with their response... they think that is the end cut out limit switch... but I have the feeling that is not that... the lift goes up but slow...😥😢... any suggestions anybody⁉, I will appreciate it greatly... Have an awesome day everyone...❗‼❗
@@handymanny214 hello boss how are you,??... yes does go up but very slow like 10"/h, 😅🤣😭😥, I checked the SH-14CR Solenoid and the down they have a good voltage 12.30v, and the magnet holds but i'm not sure if they open I don't see contracting the pin but on both solenoids but I hear the click so... I don't have any new solenoid to verified how they work..😥😢😭, Thanks Boss for Reading my messages or posting.👍💓
Mmmm you got a serial number I can look into the electrical and hydraulic schematic see if maybe your loosing power in a relay or I’ve had some that on the relay going to the valve have a built in diode that cuts lift when burned. Check the emergency down and make sure it’s not turned open also.
hello Boss, How are you, how was your day?, well I had checked the voltage on the 14CR, 14B. and on the 5th relay as well... the first time I checked it was 11.39. Volts but I cleaned the terminals and went up to 12.29 on idle and 13.39 on high activating the switch to go up. however I explained to my boss all the process that I did and I explained to him that I wasn't sure how the valve works because when I cleaned if I push the pin inwards with the screw driver it will open but I I use the magnet coil I didn't see any movement opening or closing just the click and I said to him I don't know if the flow of the oil will push the pin or what ... so what he said to me bottom it up and he send the machine to the hydraulic shop... which really Pissed me off... because I put so much time checking everything for more than 8 hrs... and the on the end of the day he decided to send it somewhere else... sooo.... whatever I did was waste of time because we didn't solved or gained anything... i am really upset with him... sooo... that's the story boss, but THANK YOU FOR YOUR VIDEOS AND TEACHING, THANKS AND HAVE A BLESSED DAY AHEAD...❤🤛✌🙏💪🙏🤝💪🙏
