This is the second of our Scolio-Hip videos. Just like the hip that wants to be anterior (forward) when I'm sitting, the same hip will most likely want to be forward when I am lying on my side. And the same could be true for your Scolio-Hip. What should you do about it? Well, in addition to all the advice in our other side-lying videos you'll learn another little tidbit here too. Plus a new side-lying leg exercise! Remember that the advice in these videos is never meant to replace medical advice. Always ask your doctor if it is safe to exercise first!
