It’s very hard to die down intense emotions when you’re an introspective being trying to navigate situations the right way especially when certain situations are oppressive or divisive to your way of life. Whether its relationships or systems we’ve placed ourselves in the more we suppress how they impact us the more those feelings infiltrate our hearts & nervous system. I show myself grace, practice restraint (to protect myself and others) and when I’m alone I allow myself to feel while uncovering what bought me to that place.

People definitely never expect it of me in real life. I’m always sweet soft spoken and polite, then when I say something savage, they are so shocked lol. Omg they always tell me to calm down. I hate that. I’m already calm

sidereal Scorpio moon here. also leo rising, aqua sun. I find the energy of my sidereal to be stronger than my tropical in some ways. I’m a tropical pisces sun, virgo rising, sagg moon. I definitely relate to the pent up feelings.. wanting to unload on someone whenever i get mad. Thinking about self defence situations so I can fight back. I find that rapping helps me (lol). Gym as well. I want a punching bag too. I unfortunately have anger issues but I’m doing good so far at managing it.

Old habits have been in my thought process lately. Our sexual nature is so strong. I miss having someone to release this energy with/on. I have also been on social media more than usual, even starting little heated debates. I realized this yesterday! And it’s because I have been in my subconscious kind of struggling a bit. This video was right on time because I meditated last night for 30 minutes just trying to get these feelings under control. We are growing because we are recognizing these subconscious things we are going through. I’m no 😊longer letting it get the best of me but instead transmuting this energy into other things. I’m currently outside at the beach before work grounding myself as I write this. Saturn return is rough. When I was going threw mine I wasn’t aware and it was the most difficult time of my life. I felt this way too heavy as a scorpio moon/venus/pluto in the 8th house. It overrides my sagittarius energy astrology, meditation, stoicism, psychotheraoy and the occult in general has helped. Its hard i miss releasing it with another person but embracing intimacy within me has been a game changer definitely witchcraft as well in my manifestations and other things

I’m a Scorpio Rising, Leo Sun, Capricorn Moon… I can DEFINITELY relate 14:03 I used to fear myself. I know how powerful I am. Now I embrace it. I also relate to the stoicism. I can love someone so deeply and they wouldn’t even know. I know how to keep my emotions at bay. There’s a subtle, intense rage. Buy my demeanor (Leo Sun) gives off warmness so it helps in that aspect. With my moon being in Capricorn it does ground me because otherwise the swinging of moods, going 0-100 it will scare ppl lol even if it is warranted. These ppl are already envious of us anyway. We attract a lot of envious ppl who try to gaslight & manipulate us. I truly enjoy Scorpio placement ppl. We just get it✨
