The Tarland 2 development has been in progress for some time and with it now being open many people are travelling to ride the brand new trail centre. This video gives you a complete guide to the mountain bike trails and what you can expect from climbs, descents, distance, type of bike and suchlike to make the most of a visit. Tarland 2 is located near Aboyne in the heart of Aberdeenshire which won recent awards for it's mountain biking and trail development.

The MTB trails are all marked and graded from blue trails, through red trails to black. Jumps are progressive, berms are built incredibly and the trails cater for all levels of MTB rider. Something mountain biking trail centres in Scotland have been missing! Take your hard tail, trail bike, enduro bike or ebike and you're guaranteed to have fun on any!
