How do you manage this though when you're in your 20's and the average house isn't 200k, like Im this sure this couples was...My province has the highest house price and second lowest salary average IN THE COUNTRY. We are at $1M as an average.
Perhaps if they paid off a large amount before the 15 months. I mean, salary-benefits-taxes isn't going to be anywhere near 120k, closer to (depending on what benefits they have) 80k. Plus they need money for food, utilities and other things.
