Can we just appreciate the frantic energy that Satya Bhabha put into his performance here? I feel like very few actors could be this over the top and yet remain so very sincere. He makes such a perfect foil for Michael Cera's akward straight-guy in this scene.

The series Scott Pilgrim Takes off, is more like an alternate timeline where Scott was pulled into the future during his fight with Matthew Patel by his future self so he wouldn’t date Ramona and fight her exes.

@@Ffeoli1039 I haven't played the game or read the novels, but I did love all the references and lines from the movie that they used in the anime, even if they were at different places. Also the anime went way farther on pop culture references and I love it for that. My favorite being the security guards at the movie set being voiced by Simon Pegg and Nick Frost.

But after seeing the ending of episode 8, I believe that there's gonna be a season 2 and it's gonna be a lot different from the original story in the comics.
