I didn't watch full house, but I absolutely love him on fuller house. There was always something so warm and comforting whenever he spoke. Now it makes sense. I listened to his voice growing up 😂😂😂
Disney65Fan exactly! they can’t have they’re voice sound the same all these years later ☺️ especially since he was a teenager when her recorded the voice of Aladdin
I'm one of those people having a mind blown moment that Steve is Aladdin's voice 😂😂 (😲😲I'm legit having another mind blown moment with 1.6k likes 😍 this never happens 😂)
and if you remember there was that episode where they all went to Disney World and DJ was imagining Steve as all those characters. One of them was Aladdin.
how does one grow up with Aladdin? other than the movie and the genesis game I loved, aladdin wasn't a constant presence. full house was on for years so that makes sense, but i dont remember aladdin being a staple.
No, he hasn't. I'm afraid. He... he never mentions to this "TODAY". He's gone. GONE FOREVER!!! He... he has rested in eternal peace and live on to all our hearts forever.
That would be cool I wonder if he and Linda gave some pointers to Mena and Naomi in playing Aladdin and Jasmine since you know they played them from 1992-1997
@@hannahskeldon7944 I don't think so. Mena repeatedly said in interviews that he avoided watching the animated film and seeing the musical play in London because he didn't want to be influenced by other actors portrayal when developing his own interpretation of the character.
Many many performers and actors have this temperament. They are entertainers and that isn’t their full self, you know. Many of your fave youtubers are this way too.
My gawd. He still has that youthful glow. I want to be him when I'm his age. Still full of life with charm, amazement and joy. Enjoyed listening to his experiences.
I had no flipping clue he was Aladdin. His Voice is a little more quirky and full(er) house. But as he just continue to talk now, I can definitely hear it
Aladdin is my favorite Disney film. Robin Williams and all of the other voice actors KILLED their roles. I’ve been watching a ton of Robin Williams movies and Aladdin was and always will be one of my favorites. R.I.P. Robin, you’re free, Genie. If only the 3rd rule could be broken just once.
Brad Kane and Lea Salonga were the singing voices of the songs. When he said, "They asked me, 'Can you sing?' I lied and said yes," I was waiting for him to mention Brad Kane was his singing voice Aladdin. But he didn't.
To think Scott did this at 14!! Omg!! I'm still mind blown!! I love love love Aladdin!! Amazing movie!! One of my top fave disney movies!! *do you trust me?* has to be my fav Aladdin line by Aladdin haha
This was so nostalgic for me! I have so many happy memories of Full House, and when Aladdin first came out and how great the movie was! Times were so much simpler back then!
🎵Riff raft street rat I don't buy that if only they'd look closer would they see a poor boy no siree they'd find out theirs so much more to me🎵🎶 😂😂 that was literally stuck in my head while watching this
I love Scott in Aladdin, Aladdin The Animated Series, Full House and Fuller House plus his small role in What I Like About You. I would love to see him in more things . 💕💕💕

I'm a few years too young to have watched Full House but it's interesting how this guy was so important on that show and also in this movie, one of my favorites ever
Thank you for sharing your audition story. Your wit and charm are still a part of you. So happy you got the part. I have had families that I was a Nanny for tell me I should do voice over work sometime so this was very helpful. I can’t pick if I like you as Steve better or Aladdin. They were both perfect for you. Thanks a million for sharing your talents with the world.
virline honore You’re not alone 😂😂 When I watched Aladdin I NEVER once though it was his voice. But now that I think about it, it’s actually really easy to hear his voice if you’re familiar with him. I feel ashamed because I was thinking it sounded familiar but I didn’t know where I heard the voice 😂😂
“Jasmine, I do love you but...” AAAAH!! Stop stop stop stop stop stop stop!!! EMOTION OVERLOAD 👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽😩😩😩🥰🥰🥰😍😍😍 I literally had to put my phone down and take a minute!
I clicked on this video specifically to read the comments from people who’s minds were being blown. Was not disappointed. I’m actually surprised so many people didn’t know!
Scott Weigner is STILL the one and only absolute perfect voice of Aladdin! I read some comments saying that he doesn't sound the same. But that's not true! Just listen in the beginning where he is saying some of Aladdin's classic lines and phrases from the original movie, he still sounds exactly like him! :) I'm so happy to see that Scott is still looking youthful, happy, and in good health!
Easy money. People just aren't going to the movies to see original movies, when they make original movies, there is little support (aka in money) b/c it's a business if they aren't making money in their films the company could have trouble (just look at Annapurna), ultimately film studios decisions is ultimately decided by box office numbers. Hollywood is not a town that likes to take risks they prefer to stay safe because of knowing that profits will be made. People are supporting these remakes which makes Disney go oh this is what ppl want. That’s why they are doing it, they already have a built in audience
I have found myself to be one of the mind blown late comers and I am okay with that! I love knowing now that Steve from Full House & Fuller House was the speaking voice of Aladdin 💜
They won't they released these videos, not only to advertise the live action movie but to advertise Disney Plus. Disney would rather you subbed to Disney Plus than go watch a re-release of the animated film in theaters.
@@Digital111 They won't as long as Iger's still running things. Believe me, Disney's going to need some honest cash in the future and rereleasing the animated classics is where the money is.
@@OceanbornAngel but Iger put special emphasis on the classic films coming to Disney Plus. I doubt releasing the movies for a summer with all the marketing costs and cuts the theaters get is more profitable than adding them to the Disney+ library where they will lure millions of subscribers for years to come. At this point the classic are "free" original content they can use for their library. While Netflix is spending billions on original content Disney will have all these classics ready to be streamed. Think about it like this, I want to really see they animated Lion King but Disney puts it on the streaming service, I get the free trial just to watch that film, end up loving their library and sub for years to come. On the other hand if Disney had released it in theaters they would have gotten about $5 from me once all the marketing, box office, tax, etc. is taken from my ticket price and I might not try Disney plus.. Here's a clip of Iger talking about the movies going on the streaming platform: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-g46uMnmizv4.html
@@Digital111 Where's the fun in watching these animated classic movies at home without a huge audience though? I own Star Trek II: The Wrath Of Khan on DVD but I wish I could see it in a theater surrounded by people.
Yes love Aladdin my fav Disney movie ever I have it on diamond edition Blu-ray and VHS 😋 Robin Williams is also my role model I wish I could of met him 😖
