I used my Mosin m44 and had it customized into a scout rifle. I like it so much I'm gonna do my 30-06 for the same reason you stayed in this video.

Alright brother. How's the scout scope mount project coming along? I have a Rem 700 sps sport conure barrel...... And what front and rear sights did you decide on? I like the banded front idea a lot! Thanks, Larry!

I actually just finalized production cost today And the first ones will be going into production this week. I have 2 more things to check on but it looks like I will be selling them for $135.00 in Aluminium.

Great video very informative but I don’t have access to lathes and not to many gun smiths around here I would trust, what factory scout rifle would you recommend in .308

Any chance you can cut a stripper clip notch in that receiver? I'd love a 7.62 scout with a stripper clip notch, but that is really really rare.

Not on the model 7 action but you could on the 700. I have also done a 308 on a Mauser 96 action and was able to use stripper clips.

Right now I am looking at October and price is not nailed down yet but we a looking at $150.00+or-

That first rifle looks like a yugo model 1924 that someone chopped up. Hard to tell but crest looks like kingdom of Serbs Croats and Slovenes (eventually became Yugoslasvia)
