While not an explanation video like you've been watching, SCP: OVERLORD is a very well done live action video of a mobile task force from SCP going in to investigate and attempt to contain a paranormal situation.

The Scarlet King is a more terrifying version of Roku's Basilisk which is considered an IRL low risk information hazard. What makes it low risk is that you can still beat it even if you know about it. The Scarlet King is essentially a Apocalyptic Risk information hazard you can't beat him. The more you know the worse he gets. The Gate Guardian and SCP 343 aka God are the only things that have been confirmed to be able to stalemate against the Scarlet King

The cruelst ploy of the scarlet king targeted at the good doctor was the fact that he never targeted him at all, his whole career, his life was trying to figure out what they did to his brother... almost drove him to insanity... And they had nothing to do with him at all And that finally cracked the doctor for good.

Basically scarlet king has 2 representations in the community. 001(the one nux watched) and the scarlet king. The 001 is a representation of the law of blood and the opposite of the law of concrete. A pretty important inof is that both laws have to maintain stability, that is why the scarlet king in this representation after the foundation got founded. The creation of SCP foundation rose the law of concrete to power so the universe had to make the law of blood stronger as well giving birth to the scarlet king. The other more popular representation is an eldritch god as old as time, born from the tree of knowledge who rose to power by consuming his siblings. He was the god born with consciousness which he saw as eternal suffering devoting his life to killing all living creatures including gods before ending his own life. I also think that they messed around both of them together in the video, like am pretty sure the 001 representation doesn't have anything to do with other scps than the seven brides and the monsters that came out of those girls. While the more popular representation is connected with all those creatures they mentioned and more

I mean for the most part what they do to contain a lot of these creatures. Oppress torturous experiments, the scarlet's king's son definitely knows that much.

Some non essential but still important non scps are the global occult coalition, the serpents hand, and dr Clef. pretty much all scp contet is really fun so i hope you continue and eventually get to learning about my boy 5031.
