yeah it's not really beginner friendly from what i remember (assuming ur new to the game). a lot of things in the game to get used to but that's my experience from 11.0. now there are even more items and playable scp mechanics so...
its a funny custom room on the server where a facility manager and particle disruptor spawns in. does need a tier 3 access card to open it (so a containment engineer, facility manager or 05 card can open it).
