If you take on an alcoholic, you have to take long term responsibility. You need to be prepared to do the hard yards, or simply not hire the person. It is not good enough to hire them, pat yourself on the back, announce how great you are, then fire them when they drink. Because they will.
with all those cars getting crushed everyday, the only place he could hide the empty cans was his own pockets . "reality" tv at it's finest. he wouldn't get over the limit from just 2 cans of beer
If he had two tallboys that were 8% alcohol he could be stoned drunk. I know because I used to buy them all the time. I could easily pass out after two or two and half of the tallboys. It's really lethal stuff imo. I don't know just how they make the stuff but it will kick your ass. I think a person could easily bring in a bag of tools or a big bag full of personal stuff and a lunch and then drink in a stall in the bathroom or behind a shed or something, or back behind some cars. But yeah, "reality" tv at it's finest to find the beer cans in his jacket. But if he had been in the locker room or the bathroom he could have crushed them and put them in his pockets. But we should be smarter and know that what we are watching is just after all a TV show. It's not real.
I have watched all of the episodes and found that the only person who cares and works hard is Terry, some of his children and the office staff. The yard workers are misfits and wankers who do whatever they want and take advantage of Terry. Lindsay is a lazy pampered twat who comes into the office whenever she pleases and works if that what you call it part time. She is a big source of stress for Terry and would not know a hard days work if it kicked her in the ass. I love Deb and Michelle who run the cafe but all in all it is one big soap opera with a dedicated man Terry who is supporting everyone due to his hard work.
