I have lots of videos on there ink and when you use a light the single is more refective then 2 you can do it but you dont see it as much till you use a light like you did under the light great video keep up the great work

Indeed you are right about the 1 hit being a lot more reflective. I do mention in the beginning that 1 hit makes it the best bang for your buck for it to reflect. However for this order as I printed I started to realize two hits was turning out the best and more opaque so I opted for that. However, you are absolutely right thank you again!

do you have video of reflective with a heat press? I've been struggling with screen print reflective ink.. I will try the tips and tricks from this video.. but what I want to achieve is reflectiveness in heat transfer

Achieving 3M reflective print is best with HTV in my opinion. Gives the most reflective shine. I will make a video on it!

I think you're confusing reflective with sparkle or shine. Reflective is designed to reflect light IN THE DARK. I've used this very same ink and you really need to flash a light on it in the dark to see the reflectivity. It is very unimpressive under normal lighting. It's really more for safety and less of a special effect ink. FYI, It's glass beads, not diamonds, that make it reflective.

Nope not confusing it for glitter, it’s reflective just like I said in the video. And yeah reflective is for lighting up in the dark we definitely know that. We work with a lot of reflective prints, I. My opinion reflective is best shown with a transfer like a 3M reflective vinyl which gives a true reflective look vs a screen print it’s very minimal

DAMN BRO DO WORK!!!! I was just on the site thinking about the reflective plastisol a couple weeks ago! Opted out for florecent ink for now. The question I had about printing white is I'm having a problem with fibrillation. I'm printing white ink on a 160 with a print flash print but the garment is still bleeding through. Any tips u got for me?

Thank you Buckley! I appreciate it. Maybe it is time to try the reflective ink out for yourself! Hmm fibrilation for me always occurred mainly when I printed blended shirts. What ink are you using? and what garment were you printing on? I use mainly F.N white ink from Ryonet which has been working great for me for both blended shirts and 100% cotton shirts. The best part is it is a low cure ink so curing works great. I will be making a video specifically on printing white ink soon.

Hey I am sorry to hear that. Did you try the same methods I demonstrated in this video? Maybe try doing just one print and or test out doing a print flash print with the second print being printed with light pressure.

Aesthetic Imprints yeah dude your video is great and I’m gonna try it how you did it soon. I didn’t even actually use a screen, I did it by hand with a brush because I’ve been actually printing vinyl stencils on the clothing and doing it that way sometimes. I’m gonna press it through a screen this next time and do the tests you did as well👍 also didn’t even mix it so that’s why I’m glad you made this video!!

@@JulianQuinn Thank you! and oh yeah painting it on is a big difference then screen printing so definitely try it out. oh yeahhhh definitely mix the ink up so that all those reflective beeds are in there and not just all at the bottom! best of luck Julian!

@@baavproductions ty bro! appreciate u making niche videos for people like us, very helpful. Gonna try one of my small screens on a vinyl printed stencil and see how that works tonight. I have the white version so it should be lookin good but I think not mixing it really made it less reflective on my first test. Also, this is my first time using plastisol and it seems nice, just a bit harder to clean than water-based. Why did you say you don't like water based? is there a big difference? You should make a video on the difference if you haven't bro

@@JulianQuinn Yeah definitely get it mixed up! and good idea that would be a good video however, I don't work with water-based ink much so I fee it wouldn't be fair, but hey I will try to. I use plastisol ink because it cures better I always thought water based was harder to cure but hey I think I should try it out and record my experience with it!

Hey brother 🤚 I need help from you. I exposed my screen for 15 seconds and after that when I wash off the screen the emulsion also gets washed off .. can you tell why does it so.?

Hey man, thank you for tuning into the videos! If the emulsion washes off, it is a clear sign that your are underexposing the screen or not letting it dry long enough after you coat the screen with emulsion. Try letting the screen dry a full 24 hours after you coat it and up your exposure time brother. Best of luck!

Plastisol Need Heat To Dry But Water Based Ink Dry Quickly So If You Can By A Flasher Then Go With Plastisol But If Have Less Budget Then Go With Water Based Ink .
