Screwcutting on the Myford ML7 - Part 3 - The Impossible Thread How to make the impossible thread -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- watch 'till the end :)
Text book trickery with no harm done. It's stuff like this that make watching u-tube interesting. It's also true and expands people minds. Keep up this good work and thank you.
Oh ha ha, love it. Thanks for the video. Found you while looking for myford videos. Best lathes. Clamp your lite upside down to what you have and you will have a better range of flex.
I don’t believe you did it. Is like magic.... Now do it with the proper battery and slow motion .....ah finally the trick ! Thanks now it’s clear. Jajaja nice magic trick .
Hi pal love the vids i have went a bought a ml7 an I’m having a great time on it .i have been watching the screw cutting vids but can’t find internal cutting? Do you have any advice
Thanks for the interesting video series. The only thing i missed was an explanition on how you decide the gear ratio on the Myford. I have a lathe just like yours and this gear cirkus is annoying me. Could you do a video on that subject?
Hi John, for M10 x 1.5 you will need a 21 tooth gear, 21-50-45-35-40, download this chart for reference. Regards. Ade drive.google.com/file/d/1VpIAaEzeBGU2nt-ZT5uV4i_R-twOfRlR/view
You should not make videos like this. The youngsters are going to believe you and burn down the shed.) Great video. I have always wanted a myford but hard to find in states. After my divorce is final I will get serious on finding one. Don’t know why but the Myford just keeps calling me. I have a Harding’s, a south bend 9 and a leblond servoshift. But there is something about the myford.
