Plus Kelso only called her "slagathor" because he called her Debbie as a generic girl's name. When she responded by telling him such, he decided she would be a slagathor

Looks as though "very aggressive lung cancer" can cause paraneoplastic prolactin release, but I'm not convinced it isn't due to metastasis to the pituitary.

The answer to the first question is pituitary adenoma a.k.a. prolactinoma. Dopamine is responsible for inhibiting release of prolactin from the brain. A pituitary adenoma blocks this pathway leading to uninhibited release of prolactin --> hyperprolactinemia. I remember that it really threw me off that Dr.Cox shaved his head...sadly it's been too long since I've watched the entire series (damn you Netflix, taking it off). Was there an actual reason for him doing that?
This has been bugging me for a while, Dr. Cox shaves his head for this episode but no one says anything about it. And then 10 episodes later he shaves his head again and everyone comments on it.
It's more mindfucking. You see, if the intern answered "yes", then he would have been wrong, and therefore lost Dr. Cox's game. On the other hand, the intern answered "no", which then became the correct answer. This leads to there being an actual correct answer, causing the intern to be wrong, and therefore to lose Dr. Cox's game. While there does seem to be a paradox, it is all solved by the intern losing Dr. Cox's game.
Contriversial opinion, dr cox is the villan of scrubs. He plays favorites Bulls those under him Where as Dr Kelso makes the hard decisions for the greater good, the hospital staying open.
