My favorite part about the bit with the group greeting going awry is that the writers could have had the assigned groups get confused by Carla entering from the opposite direction ("CARLA! BACK! WELCOME!") but they took it a step further with two of them thinking they were the "back" group.
Too bad they didn't bring Mr. "Pickles" Bober back for this scene. He could have been in a wheelchair pushed by J.D. when they could say "Pickle/Pickles!"
My favorite part about this was a few episodes after when JD was going to Tacoma WA to watch Kim’s ultra sound, when Turk goes to see Carla he calls her pickle. It’s very quick but it had me cackling

At 0:30 you can clearly see JD, Beardface, Ted and a random guy on the left of Ted saying Pickle, but Ted is the loudest. So... who “truly” came up with Pickle?
