Fans of our videos might have noticed we all have a different approach to a haircut as most of the barbers and hairdressers in the world do... Some work with clippers, others with scissors. Some use guards, others do clipper over comb. Some cut the top in wet hair, others after drying the hair. Some need 20 minutes for a haircut, others might need an hour...
You know what, that's what might be the most interesting part of our profession, the diversity of techniques, approaches and even opinions because in the end we all want the same final result... A happy patron... And THAT's exactly what we should never forget, no matter what people tell you, there is NO WRONG WAY of achieving that goal because "There is a barber for every patron and a patron for every barber" Never try to be someone your not or work in a way that makes you feel uncomfortable, you can't please them all, but no one can ever blame you for being you, it's your strongest weapon...
Miky Whitetrash is a one of a kind gentleman... He truly is... Everybody who ever met him will have an opinion about him, some good, some bad but to me that's something very special, a rare and raw talent to make an impression on everyone you meet...
Imagine this HUGE guy with his wild beard and his heart on his tongue moving around in the shop like a Saint Bernhard on meth, we don't call him "The Mad Dog" for no reason, Cujo, would have hidden with his tail between his legs...
Untill...
He starts his haircut and he changes into a butterfly floating on a fresh breeze on a hot summer's day... I just love wathing Miky work, the eye for detail, the patience and turning the whole treatment into an "experience" combined with his love for our Reuzel Pomade products which are actually tested through and through by this Howling Hound, no shaving or beard product will hit a shelf without the green light of The Bearded Basset
