Why didn't you opt for the Wake 155 since it comes with all the stuff you added on? Cheaper maybe? Just wondering because I'm trying to decide between your model or the Wake 155. Nice rig bro👌🏻
We were concerned about the differences between the wake 155 and the GTI 155. I’m glad that it’s only a couple of options. I’m using your video to train my family on the use of the Seadoo! One question though. For The ski module, did you install it yourself, or did you have the dealership install it? Great work, and thanks for sharing!
Hey Tomasz! I took my Sea Doo out for the first time the last week of May. As of today, 08/21/2017, it has 18 hours on it. Every chance I get I take Scooby (Sea) Doo out. I love trying out different bodies of water to see how the machine handles. I typically add fuel to the tank if I'm going for a send and its below half, so I have really only depleted a full tank once or twice tops. From my recollection, I'd say you should be able to get 3 hours of use on a full tank no problem. Major factors to how many hours you'll get on one tank can be: Number of passengers, driving mode (eco, sport, normal), how sendy you get with your throttle whether on waves or a flat body of water, and if you tow a tube, skis, or board. Towing is the fastest way to consume gas. If you're out on the water for a long cruise or sightseeing you can throw it into eco and I'm sure you'd get more out of your time, but with a little less send. Let me know if there is anything else I can answer for you!
R SLIM I'm 5'10". I took a trip around the entirety of Wellesley Island in the St. Lawrence River with 2 passengers who were 6'2" and 6'3" respectively. The 3 of us were on the Sea Doo for well over an hour and rode comfortably (not to mention I was sending it pretty hard on some waves 😂).
Depends... First factor is wavy waters or flat like a pancake. Another factor is how much fuel is in your tank. Lastly, whether or not you have any passengers riding with you. If you have a full tank of gas or passengers you have a heavier load and won't reach top speed. Without engaging Sport Mode, the highest I've gone is 57mph on flat water with about a half tank of gas. I've been told with a 1/4 tank, flat water, no passengers, and sport mode activated you should be able to top at 60mph.
