There is a factual mistake or we can call it mistakes. Amenities are not ready, 80% of them are not. It is mentioned that a 100 families are living in this development right now, actually 10 families are living here. Mr. Ravi Kevalramani please share correct information in your videos.

hi, thanks for sharing your observations. 1. the readiness of amenities is no where discussed. 2. 100 families living in the building was a mistake, he meant the density is low and not more than 100 families will occupy the south tower. hope this was helpful.

Arrey mere bhai jo fact hain bataya...it doesn't make sense buying 40cr home.... I m staying in rent in lodha world one ....3.5 lakhs 4 bedroom u have to minus 80 k maintence becaz tht owner has to pay so my rental is 2.7 lakhs ... Now if I purchase he is quoting 11 cr ...it's not a big thing I can buy .... 11cr bank intrest give u ....approx u can 95 lakhs per year ....and my investment 32 lakh per year .... Baki ke paise se world tour kar le har emirate ke first class me travel kar....aur enjoy kar ....

Very true and a smart suggestion. The way these greedy builders and relators are charging insane amount of money for flats in Gurgaon, Noida and Mumbai, looks like we will soon see a day where Housing Market is gonna crash in India like it did in the US in 2008.

with 10 crores you can buy 20+ acres of land in small towns and build your palace in about 3 to 4 crores. The final cost along with all legalities , interior financing etc will be 60 crores.

0:37 सर लिफ्ट में फ्लोर नम्बर डालने से सीधे हमारे फ्लोर पर लिफ्ट आ जाएगी यह तो एकदम नई कटिंग एज टेक्नोलॉजी है। मैं अभिभूत हूं। हमारे ओशिवारा बिल्डिंग में तो लिफ्ट के अंदर बटन दबाओ तो वो सीधे पोवई के फ्लैट में ले जाती है, फिर वापिस ओला कर के ओशिवारा आना पड़त है, बहुत दिक्कत है हमें। हम भी आज ही सोसाइटी की मीटिंग करते हैं कि इसी नई टेक्नोलोजी की लिफ्ट लगवाई जाए जिसमें जिस फ्लोर का बटन दबाया जाए वो उसी फ्लोर पर ले जाए। 🙏

This is not worth 1.20 lakh per sq foot cuz in less than 10 years the building right in front of it will be redeveloped and will probably be taller or atleast block the so called unrestricted sea view.. at best, this should be 1,00,000 per sq foot esp cuz one would need to spend another 3CR doing up the apartment. I’ve noticed that brokers hike the price anticipating customers to negotiate or probably cuz they have made tall promises to builders, and it’s way above what the property is worth. Besides, the more expensive the property, the slower the rate of appreciation, infact after 10 years when that building in front of it blocks the “sea view” this property won’t fetch more than 50 CR along with all the money spent on decor + 2 CR on stamp duty and 40 lakhs on brokerage. And that’s a very low rate of return on that money invested (10% appreciation in 10 years), and the 90 lakhs spent on tax and maintenance over and above that. Besides after spending so much on maintenance one would be swimming in a pool of piss cuz that’s what kids and people with new money in south bombay do (it’s become like Jamnagar) Having said that the newer and taller the building, the weaker the structure, it will have leakage issues in less than 5 years guaranteed

upar ka sandas, hamare ghar me tairta hai. hamara sandas, niche wale ke flat me tairta hai rehta hai. kitna best haan. logo ko architecture ki samaj hi vanish ho chuki hai. natural light kitoh aisi ki taisi kitchen me. aur workmanship, most bakwas nowadays. badi badi window, phir bade bade curtain.
