No problem, it gives people an up to date account of fishing on the coast and they can also fish the matches if they wish. Not been out for a couple of weeks because of the weather.
That was a good video mate. you don't even need to catch fish to post a video. I'm always posting videos as a VLOG just to show people whats about and where and how i fish. it's then up to them to decide what to do. Keep psting the videos mate
Thanks for that. Some people travel big distances to fish the coast and if I can give them any help as to when are the best times to visit, without glorifying the video to make it look better, then it will be a goal achieved.
Hello, I just wanna ask one. I am just about to falling love with beach fishing, surf fishing, and I`ve read a lot of good things about Skegness Ingoldmells beach and Chapel point. Smoothound and stingrays are in good number, sea bass, cod. I`ve never been in Skegness before, but this weekend I wanna go there to check the fishing opportunities, ask around in the fishing stores. I couldn`t find any info about prices, is it free fishing or day ticket fishery? Or maybe membershift only? Thanks 😉
The sea fishing along all the areas you mentioned are all free fishing. You do however have to pay to park at most of these places. There have been some good smooth hounds coming out, caught on crab, usually at long range casting. The fishing is always hit and miss, but every tide can produce different results. Good luck.
Thinking of having a day at North Shore in the next couple of weeks. How far do you need to cast? It’s not my strong point. I normally look for piers or harbour walls. Cheers.
Flatties and bass can be caught near in, sometimes within 10 yards, although the norm is to fish at range (whatever you can throw). Always worth having a look over low water to search out any gullies. Catches have been very hit and miss recently. Good luck.

Sometimes fish the big fish rover match, just the biggest fish counts, this gives everyone a chance to "be lucky". Let's hope this weather calms down and can we can get back to some better fishing trips.
High tides range from 5m neap tides to 7.8m spring tides. The tide goes out 100m or more due to the sandy beaches being so shallow. Need the bigger tides to enable access to the worm beds to source lugworm, when the winds are not too strong and blowing the worm casts way like it has done lately.
I have bad days at both coarse and sea fishing . Just try to do a few different things as and when conditions are favourable. I can asure you there will be some coarse fishing videos when this horrible weather relents.
Weed, storms, mega winds and floods has absolutely ruined this winter. So few chances to put together a run of fishable sessions. As you say only the summer weed and unfishable rivers in Lincolnshire to look forward to, until next winter. Back to the carp fishing you love all summer, lol.
