Thanks for the video - it occurred to me that this can be used as a kicking drill as well. I noticed that you kicked more at lower stroke rate. Do you do this on instinct or is there a formal rule for this? For example, 10 beat kick at 30 SPM, 8 beat at 45 SPM, and 3 beat at 52, etc.
