Riding Sea Karts in Mauritius was one of our FAVORITE days! What a thrill! They go up to 80kph, and the newest model (not out yet) will go up to 120kph! They were invented because Jet Skis were banned in Mauritius because they were too dangerous. These are much safer and in our opinion MORE FUN! We'd recommend this activity to everyone!

I've come to the conclusion that Kara and Nate flows better/sounds better than Nate and Kara. That'd be my guess.

Minus the M-60, .30 caliber, machine gun! LOL! Sorry, everybody, I had no other appropriate spot, here, to leave this comment. Just wanted to compliment you guys. As you can probably figure out, I am older than dog-poo, maybe more than 3 times older than you, or at least 2.5. It is very nice to see, in the 21st century, a very nice, well spoken, well mannered young couple, like yourselves, who are travelling and "getting an education about the real world." You are very lucky to do so, and, to have figured out how to finance your trips. GENIUS! Please enjoy yourselves and see and do all you want and all you can. Then, repeat, when you are older. You will have a different perspective on life, then you had when you were younger. Just a few travel tips. I know they are not called "protectorates," but I have been up all night and am getting ready to "hit the pit); but, any French country, like French Guyana (Devil's Island of Pappilon fame, the French prison in South America); St. Pierre (not the one near Montreal, but the one of two islands south of Newfoundland, called St. Pierre and Meqilon, North America, French Polynesia, and a bunch of others are all French, with the French government in charge and a blast to go to. Only bad thing is they all use the Euro and things are not cheap, they are like being in France, Europe. Look St. Pierre up on RU-vid and you can read up to see if you are interested. Take care. Delicious Mauritius and now adventurous Mauritius. Seems like there is plenty of water activities and trips to do and see, street food is the way to eat your way in paradise. Last 2 Videos were the best overall by showing plenty of activities and food! It really shows the beauty of Mauritius.

FireCracker3240 It’s not as uncomfortable as one might think. First of all, the fabric materials are super light and breathable. Second of all, they are used to it. I’m more happy about the fact that despite wearing niqab, she still does all the fun activities. So much for “oppression” 😄
