Directions for use: Start by grabbing a cup of the sea moss, rinse it off and then stick in in a bowl filled with filtered water for 24 hours. Once that is complete take sea moss out of water and stick in a blender with enough water to cover sea moss. Blend for 5-10 minutes you will have an Apple sauce like consistency. Once complete stick in an airtight container and have 2 tablespoons first thing In the morning, before eating or drinking anything (this way your body absorbs every bit of it) Also it can be hard to swallow sometimes so I recommend having a glass of water ready as soon as you take any sea moss, don’t chase it with anything else because you don’t want it to take away from any nutrients in the sea moss.
