Sea To Summit X-Series, We love using this set!

Hi Leo, I love this pot, it's the only one we own now so needless to say it gets a lot of use and it holds up great, except for the lid. our first lid cracked shortly after this video was made. Sea to Summit replaced it for us and then i melted the second one lol. So we replaced that one from a lid I found from bed bath and beyond I'll find the link and send it to you just in case you need it in the future. The cups are Awesome!!! They also have held up really well, very happy with them hope you will be too!

We are glad you enjoyed the video. We have used this set everyday for the last three years. We still have the same set of plates, cups and bowls. We are on our second pot and we did donate the pan, I never did care for the handles. I think you will be very happy with the set and how well it holds up. Take care and safe travels!

So glad to hear you enjoyed the video and yes Sabrina and I prefer doing the videos then alone and of course our little dog Belle always finds a way on to the camera too lol. This is a great set, our pot recently did rip, but I do believe we put it through more than most people do. We really like these products. very durable and great for even everyday use but with that saif if you are getting the xpot take extra care of the lid it is not durable like everything else. Our first one broke rather quickly. Sea to summit replaced it for us and now we treat it with kid gloves. Have fun and be safe.

Hi Lizie, This set was good at home but it's even better in the RV. It takes up so little space. We still don't like the frying pan though. So far we are loving it out on the road

I don't see why it would hurt it, it seems pretty tough to me, if it looks like it would become an issue you could always switch to the plastic/nylon utensils. I do like the surface of the plates and bowels better, I've even used the back of the plates as cutting boards

Did you try nesting it with the collapsable pot or the plates like in this video? I want to get the exact setup as in the video but replace the pan with the Alpha 8 inch pan too but I am not sure how well it nests with the whole setup.

Hi Sam this was a while ago, but I believe it was a couple sets put together, The bowls, plates and cups came together than we bought the pot and pan separately. We donated the pan shortly after this video, never could get used to those handles.

P.S. we still have everything else and use them daily. We are on our second pot, the first one the handled ripped, but we like it enough to buy a second one and have used that one daily now for over a year.

+NoProGoPronto The utensils we use are made by humangear it has a fork on one end and spoon on the other. We really like it. We will hold one up in our next video so you can see it no matter what the video is about, it will just make a subtle appearance lol. Products are great but certainly pricey. Probably why we use them everyday to get our monies worth lol. We would not by the pan again though that's certainly not worth the price. Oh the larger pillow is soooo worth it. Collapses down to a very respectable size but feels like a full size memory foam pillow. Haven't gotten to go camping lately but I do use it when I travel.

Hi Carmen, we have cut food on the plate before with no issues. I believe the company even advertises them to be able to double as cutting boards. We personally have never cut steak on the plate, just veggies like potatoes and onions

@@MovingForwardAdventures thanks, I’m wondering because steak is harder to cut and my Opinel knives are so sharp I’m afraid it might go right through it.

I wish I had a better answer for you, but really not sure. The plates have held up very well for us, but like you said cutting through steak is more difficult. I'm really not sure if they would hold up, I think they would, but I'm not positive

Hi User 01, lol yep She is from Florida spent most of her life there. She gets cold once its drops down below 75 degrees lol

Moving Forward Adventures I am currently on vacation in Florida and the it's the winter, so I guess the native Floridans thought it was hoodie and sweater weather at 85 degrees. I'm from New York, anything above 80 degrees requires a gallon of ice.

I am originally from Philly and I don't stop sweating till it's drops below 70 lol

Hi Jude W, After using our set for a few weeks our lid did Crack, we contacted sea to summit and they replaced it for us. The lid is certainly fragile and needs to be made thicker, we don't put it in the sink with any other items. We wash it separately and put it away immediately lol. The side walls of the pot bowls and cups are on the other hand are very durable, I (Kenny) drink my coffee every morning from these cups and last night I made mashed cauliflower in the pot. I have done this before and it holds up very well with no buckling. We may do a recipe video for the mashed cauliflower and if we do it will be in the x-pot and you'll be able to see just how sturdy it is. If you are interested in just the cups and bowls we think you will be very happy with them. Thanks for taking the time to watch the video.
