Not a bad sea view for 54,000 euros, and 39,000 is cheaper than buying many new cars! I too think Scalea has a lot to offer, and property values are going to start ticking up at a higher rate with increase in popularity. A good time to buy in Scalea.
Have you ever been to Scalea? Or you just like it from what you’re seeing online? What is it about this town that appeals to you? Sometimes prices are cheap for good reasons. Like the town is not so great. i do see that it looks amazing. i was just curious
Yes I have and I really like Scalea. Scalea has miles of lovely sandy beaches, a nice medieval town centre, fresh food and its own train station to get around. The people are friendly as well.
