The idea that his love for his father was the "idea instilled" that lead to the destruction of everything is really tragic. Shows how we can't fight our nature, and that we'll only hurt ourselves by trying to reject love.
@@OakleyDokaly Not to bring up the entire Hollow Knight lore, but the bugs don't hate each other. The Radiance took over the bugs with a hive mind (Some with no infection though) and took complete control over them. The kingdom had a bunch of mindless bugs that attack out of sheer fear of dying, or they don't have a choice and must attack because of the Radiance, no matter what they do. No one hates each other, they are just forced to fight.
@@mrmr_theoriginal They mean lore, friend. There's a lot of it in Hollow Knight, and the organic way it's implemented into the game is one of the many big appeals. I could explain if you wanna know but this stuff is much better experienced personally if you've any interest in playing!
@@OakleyDokaly The youtube comments is not a place to look for logical discussions. Its mostly filled with memes and jokes. And sometimes, blatant lies are also a joke. (Example: We all know Hollow Knight makes a mean pizza pie.)
No mind to think. No will to break. No voice to cry suffering. Born of god and void, you shall seal the light that plagues their dreams. You are the Vessel. *You are The Hollow Knight.*
This part playing in the last part of Hollow Knight's battle, when you completely absorb him, while the music gets stronger and stronger by the seconds, it's fucking incredible
