Jordan, big fan of your content! Just wanted to say what's up, one Canadian thrower to another! I started throwing this year at 36yrs old am training with your old coach Jason Tunks. Hoping to throw with you someday! I'm nowhere as good as you, but I love learning this process. Your videos have also been quite helpful!

Hey Jordan I love the channel and appreciate what you do. I am a former HS and collegiate thrower. I started getting back into it. But now that I’m older and with kids, my time is very limited. Do you have any suggestions/training tips for those of us who have the passion but little to no time to practice? Maybe some quality drills that go a long way and generate results more quickly. I know first hand that being a good thrower is a major dedication, requiring thousands of hours and throws, but at this stage in my life it’s a hobby, and I really just want to be able to do well at local meets. Thanks!!

Great opener for this season mr. jordan, goodluck! I always watch your videos and it keeps on motivating me, i don’t know but here in our country throwing is not a major sport we have no trainer and our coach seems don’t care, and we have to motivate our selves, its not just a sport but this is a passion.
