Recommendation, completely coat your crackers first to give dry ingredients something to stick to, then mix all your dry ingredients together so all seasonings coat evenly when applied, use a big ziplock instead of a bowl much easier for mixing.

I love that you make these!!! My grandma used to make these and always have them on hand for whenever any of her 23 grandchildren came over. Her recipe is a bit different. She used 1/4c oil, an envelope of dry ranch seasoning, 1/4tsp lemon pepper, 1/2tsp dill, 1/4tsp garlic powder. Everything else is the same. 💕 I still make them a few times a year, now I’m going to have to try your version.

I Love watching your cooking, Pricilla - as well as Fathering Autism! You have such a wonderful family!💕 I do have a silly question for you...we are building a new house and I was wondering if you love your Gas Stove or what you think of an Induction Stove Top. Gas seems so classy - but Induction seems to be a new trend and so economical. 🤷‍♀️. Anyone have opinions?

Hidden Valley makes their ranch seasoning in a shaker container both small and large. It’s great because you can add a little or a lot. You can still use it to make ranch dressing as well with some mayonnaise milk and a shaker bottle. We have not bought bottled ranch dressing since I was a kid. LOVE that stuff.

We make these too! They're good with so many different things or just to snack on by themselves! I do parsley flakes garlic powder red pepper flakes ranch mix and maybe a tiny amount of ceyenne pepper with canola oil! Instead of baking I leave in covered bowl for a day!

I make a different seasoning mix with the Ranch packet for sourdough pretzel pieces. So good! Also a good quick easy dinner I often make with Italian seasoning pack is a one pan wonder. Get a 13x9, quarter chicken breast and make a line down the middle with them vertically. Then on either side put veggies, sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, green beans, small cobs of corn, anything like that cut no larger than the chicken. Sprinkle on the Italian seasoning pack, a couple dabs of butter and bake it.

Cilla I'm making these tonight my kids ate every last one plain the other night we are making potato soup I thought these would be good with it. I buy the bulk ranch mix but I've found making my own is good too and much cheaper I keep it in a big glass Mason jar.

I watched this video on Facebook; I tried the recipe. It was good, but I wasn’t a big fan of the flavor. So I made it again with different flavoring. I didn’t add enough oil but still came out well. This is a fun recipe to experiment with flavor. Fun to do with little kids. Thanks for the recipe and video. ❤️

I don't see anything Janelle has written is at all rude? My husband has also had a sleeve and what she has said is quite true, he isn't able to 'snack' the way I am so now when he cooks he isnt able to taste test the same and waits until it is a meal time.

We buy the dry ranch seasoning at Sam's huge container for $6. It's cheaper than buying the packs, resealed, and you don't have to store half packs!

Seed oils and vegetable oils are apparently terrible for you so we have been using less and less of those.

We have always used the oven as a bread box. As a teenager I even managed to set a loaf of bread on fire when I didn't check the oven before tuning it on. Ooops!

I could NOT find oyster crackers at our stores, one manager said that they sold an unbelievable amount in the past week or so. It HAS to be your recipe, it isn't really chowder season in Az...but your recipe is good year round!!!
