Coach Paul, I love your walking and running workouts and do them weekly. Had foot surgery 3 weeks ago and stitches out yesterday. I remembered all your chair workouts and today I tried this. I'm so happy, postop with no cardio really had me down, I loved this workout. Shook off the cobwebs, made my Fitbit jump, and I'm looking forward to another tomorrow. My recovery just got a boost. Thanks again!
