This beginner flexibility routine combines gentle seated stretches suitable for beginners or seniors with the goal to improve flexibility and mobility. Chair exercises are often the safest option for many seniors or for those with limited mobility or others who are getting back into exercise. Listen to your body and do the stretches that work best for you.

I just appreciate your reminders of breathing, it’s East to forget to breath deeply. Thank you Jules for accommodating People like me who likes to hear your instructions. Thank you. This is another favorite stretch seated ,when I don’t feel like doing the floor . Good job .
