Beautiful , this was my last routine for the day. I’ve done other stretches in here. This and the others are wonderful! I find them all energy -releasing. That is a gift. . I love you! I love your exercises and everything about you! You are so motivational and I am addicted to your exercises. I am 50 years old but I noticed that the videos you make can be for anyone and not just women over 50. They are low impact but yet so full of active and fun exercises. The time just slips away. I found your channel a couple weeks ago, and so glad I did! I'm 50, and formerly very active. I've had a very sedentary job and working from home finding it hard to mentally motivate myself to exercise! Ugh! A friend recently told me about Fabulous 50s, and I'm hooked after 2 days. Since Covid and not wanting to go to the gym, my exercise routine has been curtailed, especially in winter when I can't get outside much. I've just signed up for the 14 Day Challenge, and I can't wait! I loved this quick gentle stretch, especially for busy mornings.

Hi Shelea, thank you so much for these fantastic workouts. I had some depression last February/March and I kept doing these workouts to keep sane. I wrenched my shoulder a few days ago so my workouts have been limited but today I did just stretching. This one is my favourite but I also did a couple of other ones with it. Felt really great!

Love your exercises Schellea - it makes me feel great - love the 30 mins with balance, weights, cardio, the layed down abs, and this stretch - I have no cartilege in my right knee but these have helped me tremendously! Thank You!!

This is the first time I have tried this video and I loved it! Being someone who works at a computer all day I feel so much better afterwards. I will be incorporating this into my morning and evening routines

Just did this in my lunch break fantastic, I just want to say a big thank you i discovered your workouts just over a week ago and i have done at least 2 everyday please keep up the good work! I have struggled over the past year working from home due to COVID i have gained weight and turned 50 so also menopausal so was losing faith. Thank you for giving me hope :)

Shellie - love all your workouts and tips. This one is great to start the morning especially since I am quite stiff in the morning. Standing stretches and even the standing abs are lovely routines. You do a great job and I love your variety too. Thanks for all you are doing for all of us celebrating the second phase of life.

This was fantastic . You Shelley are awesome and so are your exercises .I have a problem lying down on the floor I am to big .Asking my higher power to guide me to good nutrition ,with your exercise routines I know I shall win my battle.

Hello, I just found your videos and am in love. I am 63 with bi-lateral knee replacement and overweight. Your videos are easy on my knees and I can keep up. Thank you so much for doing these. I have been going to the gym but with the pandemic and everything closed these are soooo inspiring.

I've been working out with you for about 14 weeks after falling into a routine of non-movement. Today I completed a 30-minute cardio, a 5-minute leg and butt, and this stretch routine. After each stretch I thought, Oh that feels so good, now I need to stretch my sides or my neck, etc., and then that's the next place this routine would take me. I feel the same as was expressed in Nada Kassab's comment, thank you so much, you make my days brighter and happier.
