Sebastian Masuda of the Harajuku fashion brand 6%DOKIDOKI (and the creator of visuals for many of Kyary Pamyu Pamyu's music videos and appearances) speaks about Japanese artist Rune Naito at the "Roots of Kawaii" exhibition in Tokyo.
