This is a great review, and he is correct the onyx can't be bought online. I found one online at a great price and ordered it only to get a phone call from the seller two days later saying Sebo will not dropship it to me. The seller did offer to sell me the red Rosso, but I didn't want that color. I just went to my local vacuum seller and they sold me an onyx for the same great price I found online.
Hello! I hope y’all are staying safe and healthy over there in Colorado! I am currently debating on whether or not to purchase the Sebo Felix Onyx or the Sebo Automatic X7 Onyx. The property that the vacuum will be used in has a combination of thick pile, low pile, and oriental rugs that can’t have a brush action on them and not to mention hard floors and the home is a 3 and a half level property. Obviously my first thought was to try the Felix because it’s a bit lighter, but now I am not so sure after watching several videos and finding out the Felix doesn’t come with a dusting brush or extension wand. Help! Kind regards from Mississippi!
The X7 does not have the ability to turn the brush off entirely. The brush does adjust for different floor heights and the machine has a squeegee to prevent kick back on bare floor. Felix does come standard with a dusting brush not upholstery tool. I had never noticed the image for the felix that shows the tools is incorrect. I'll have our inventory people fix that. You are correct that a wand does not come standard. I think the idea there is that people will use the machine in it's hand held break down format. I'm honestly not sure. Either way Felix wands are only about $13 so if this is the machine you like that shouldn't be an issue. Thanks for watchign!
@@vacuumsrus Thank you so much! Just reading what I’ve been thinking really helps me make a decision. And back to the no/ yes dusting brush, every photo and unboxing I’ve seen, the Felix comes with an upholstery nozzle and crevice nozzle but not a dusting brush 🤷🏻♂️ So that’s why I thought Felix didn’t come with one
