She's a tired old thing, most probably run without an air filter for a length of time. I found cut grass in the crank case and the bore and piston rings are worn out. still has decent enough compression to run but it's working days are done. You just can't get nos parts for these two-stroke kirby tecumseh engines. I was able to buy a gasket set from the UK but that's all.
