I love how it’s not the stereotypical murder of “oh he grab the knife and stab.” Instead he uses his intellect to alter tech to maim his victims, really shows the great writing of this.

I love how they turned a fox with two tails that wouldn’t hurt a fly into a brutal lunatic that kills just to be with sonic only.

the fact that mashed has returned this version of Tails for ‘there’s something about Amy’ arc is amazing.

Wow Tails was crazy long before "There's Something About Amy" ever came out. This was terrifying and well written and terrifying.

Theory : in the last few moments of the video, we see tails being really fat, now most people think he just eats lots of unhealthy food, but that's wrong since the story said "It was the last anyone had seen of tails" so the only way he would have gotten fat was eating his own victims after they die. But hey, that's just a theory

Theory: This Tails was actually "created" by SEGA. They did it with the intention of giving Sonic a Best Friend Forever, so they implanted on Tails mind that he should be Sonic's "Only best friend". But Tails was defective, so he took the words too literally. And so, the massacre starts...

The fact this Tails ended up becoming important though is honestly surprising but he’s created more sonic animations then others so it kinda makes sense

Imagine seeing an innocent-looking Tails avatar in VR start talking, and distorting its face into this version every time it opens its mouth. I nearly shat myself.

The way Amy broke down was just so… realistic? Like she was hollow and there was nothing else.

Conclusion : What ever anyone says no matter if it's SEGA, Actor's, Or the Director's. Tails is at the point where it's like " IT CAN ONLY BE ME " Or those type of fans " I WILL DO ANYTHING, EVEN KILL MY FAMILY FOR THIS PERSON " or " I'm sonics #1 buddy! " which is kind of insane.

According to how smart Tails is, I could see him getting away with murder. But at one point I laughed because the frame paused after Tails threw Amy’s hammer and it blew up. And nice job adding Tail’s full name, it’s a good little touch.

5 years after and I’m still blown away by this amazing animation and voice acting

i remember this genuinely scarring me as a kid to the point i was traumatized by just seeing blue, and it also changed my favorite color which was blue, now it's green.

Even though this was terrifying me wanting to be a voice actor myself can't help but praise the person who voices tails...

This is so twisted, messed up, and horrifying, and yet, there's something about this I really love and adore.

This explains why Tails is more cowardly in the later games. Like, how he beat a stronger version of Chaos in Sonic adventure, and cowered between his tails against Chaos 0, the weakest version of Chaos, in Sonic forces. Sega tried to make a new Tails.

This is actually really good in comparison to most "scary" sonic games or animations, a delusional murderer brought on by the thought of being a friend. Great movie idea.

The scariest part of the ending is that all the characters that were strung up on the wall share some sort of similarity with Sonic, and it’s clear that Tails will think that anything that shares any trait with Sonic, no matter how noticeable, is the real Sonic. Pikachu is a fast rodent with electrical powers. Chao are naturally blue in colour. Yoshi and Gex have a similar underside colour to Sonic, and if recoloured, could be mistaken for Sonic from a distance. Mighty is just a Sonic reskin.

There are many theories, but mine is a bit more demonic, I should say. This Tails is already showing signs of not having a mind of actual control, as he takes the best friend thing too far and literally, to the point of murder. He also seems to be very smart, despite not speaking in an intelligent way in the office with the Sega man. In There's Something about Amy, he seems to morph into his older form in a way that seems to physically alter his form, but doesn't look to have been in pain. Later on in part 4, he says Amy is helping "them" in their quest, as if he was referring to himself and someone, or something else. He ended up grotesquely fat in the end but changes into his form before. He also seems to lack an ability to figure out that his relationship with Sonic was fake, despite witnessing Sonic's talk with the Sega man, as if he is being told what to believe. He also has too much knowledge of the multiverse and multiversal travel to have figured it out himself, as if he was told everything.

Now with that in your mind, here’s a question I’m willing to ask: If Tails is a flight/technique character, what does that tell you and him about the other flight/technique characters? Take Cream and Chao for example, If they have a mild to moderate bond with Tails, how long would it be until he confesses that he would be Sonic’s only friend and put a Omochao mine in place of Cheese and in the Chao Garden?

This was disturbing as hell! Great job on this one, Mashed, you really knocked it out of the park! And huge props to the voice actors as well!

This feels like a perfect psychological obsession story, being an obsessed psychopath who lives in his own world thinking he’s Sonics only friend, and if sonic gets another friend, tails gets instantly angered, dealing with it if they get close with sonic, sonic becomes a broken man in the future, amy scarred for life knowing all of her friends died due to the actions of Tails, the fact that tails just murders them in the most brutal way with his genius intellect shows how psychopaths are extremely intelligent sometimes, knuckles having his face blown off is one brutal way to go, and then shadow’s death….that’s the most messed up one… the fact that the only thing that was left of him was his SHOES, and then, here’s a reminder, the narrator says “all tails have two sides.” This piece of dialogue let’s you think about something, what if tails has an alter ego? The alter ego doing these actions this video, and then when Amy said “it seemed so…innocent at first” meaning that tails could’ve been normal at first….In conclusion, this WHOLE video was better than any existing villain origin stories. Case File 02 Miles Tails Prower, Now taking Amy to see the “real” sonic, to be continued..
