I add r🎉grapeseed oil when adding oil back into the meat unable to digest pork, I love this recipe because I'm dairy free as well.

This is my son’s absolute favorite meal. He has to be gluten and dairy free so I make it just like you did with almond milk. I’ve made BBQ meatballs for him ever since getting your cookbook a few years ago! It’s become a family favorite for sure!

These look good but way too much salt for me.

Why do you need extra lean beef if you add fat after that? Why not add part of ground pork instead, that is cheaper than beef. You also don't need whale egg - egg white will make the structure heavier while cooking. To bind things together yolk is enough, or egg whites could be beaten and added separately in the end of mixing.

The extra lean beef was cheaper at this time. An entire egg is just fine.
